Team Size: ~3,000 employees across 11 plants. Reporting to: COO / CHRO. This role demands strong expertise in IR, HR strategy, and people leadership to align business and workforce priorities. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership
Align HR strategy with business goals and drive high-performance culture. Lead workforce & succession planning, capability building, and OD initiatives.Talent & Leadership Development. Drive talent acquisition, engagement, and leadership development. Oversee training programs, DEI initiatives & productivity enhancement.Industrial Relations (IR)
Manage union relationships, negotiations, and industrial harmony.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Build proactive IR strategies to minimize disputes. HR Operations & Change Management
Oversee C&B strategies to attract & retain top talent. Leverage HR analytics for data-driven decisions. Lead cultural transformation, digital HR adoption, and change management.
Qualifications & Experience. MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from reputed institute. 25+ years of HR leadership in Fertilizer / Chemical manufacturing. Strong expertise in IR, HR strategy & stakeholder management. Work in a dynamic environment that values leadership and collaboration.

2. HEAD - CAMPUS ENGAGEMENT -CHENNAI
CTC - UPTO 80 LACS
Reporting to: CHRO
Age: 38–49 years. Dynamic leader to head Campus Engagement & Talent Management, driving strategy, branding, and early- career talent development. Key Responsibilities:
Campus Strategy & Engagement. Build and execute a strong campus hiring strategy aligned with business needs. Strengthen relationships with top universities, colleges, and B-schools. Lead campus branding initiatives (talks, competitions, hackathons, collaborations).
Enhance employer presence through digital platforms and social media. Campus Recruitment & Hiring
Own the end-to-end campus hiring process, from outreach to onboarding. Partner with business leaders to identify and hire future-ready talent.
Introduce innovative assessments and selection methods.
Ensure seamless onboarding and offer management. Talent Management & Development. Design and manage internship & management trainee programs. Build mentorship, career paths, and leadership development frameworks. Track performance, engagement, and retention of early-career talent. Stakeholder & Relationship Management
Collaborate with HR & business leaders to align talent strategy.
Represent the organization at career fairs, panels, and academic forums.
Co-create industry- relevant curriculum with universities. Data & Insights. Monitor hiring quality, diversity, retention & engagement. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies.
