JOB DESCRIPTION


Key Responsibilities:

  • Tenant & Landlord Support: Handle inquiries, schedule property viewings, and assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs.
  • Lease & Documentation Management: Prepare tenancy agreements, renewals, notices, and maintain accurate records.
  • Rent Collection & Invoicing: Track rent payments, send reminders, and update financial records.
  • Property Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with contractors and service providers for repairs and inspections.
  • Calendar & Email Management: Organize appointments, respond to emails, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Advertising & Listings: Assist with creating property listings and marketing on rental platforms.
  • CRM & Database Management: Keep tenant and property records updated using property management software.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years in property management, real estate, or as a virtual assistant handling similar tasks.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and property management software (e.g., Arthur, Buildium, or similar).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English skills with a professional and neutral tone.
  • Customer Service Oriented: Ability to handle tenant and landlord inquiries efficiently and professionally.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Time Management: Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with UK Property Laws & Regulations (preferred but not required).
