Key Requirement
The successful applicant should:
* Possess a minimum of a First Degree in Accounting or a related accounting discipline from a recognised institution.
* Be not more than 35 years of age.
* Have good knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and basic accounting procedures.
* Demonstrate strong analytical, numerical and organisational skills.
* Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
* Be able to work effectively with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
* Possess high levels of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.
Additional Advantage
* Membership of, or progress towards membership of, the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) will be an advantage.
* Being a member of the Methodist Church Ghana will be an added advantage.
* Previous experience in the hospitality industry or a similar environment will be an advantage.
