Job Description
Oyster Waste Management Services Limited is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and experienced Customer Relations Officer to strengthen client relationships and improve customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will oversee customer service activities, manage escalated complaints, coordinate client onboarding and renewals, and ensure that service standards meet the company’s expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and support the Customer Support team in handling customer enquiries and complaints.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key and recurring clients.
* Develop and implement customer service standards and procedures.
* Analyse customer feedback and complaint trends and recommend improvements.
* Coordinate with Operations and Business Development on client onboarding and renewals.
* Prepare periodic customer service performance reports for management.
* Resolve escalated and high-priority customer complaints and disputes.
* Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field.
* Three to four years of experience in customer relations, account management, or client services.
* Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office applications.
