Job Description
Printware Services Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Lease Representative to promote and manage leasing solutions while building strong relationships with clients. The successful candidate will help identify potential customers, explain available leasing options, support lease negotiations, and maintain positive client relationships throughout the leasing process.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients interested in leasing solutions.
- Promote the company’s leasing products and services.
- Explain lease terms, conditions, pricing, and payment arrangements to clients.
- Assist in preparing lease proposals, agreements, and related documentation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up on client enquiries, applications, and outstanding documentation.
- Monitor lease agreements and maintain accurate client records.
- Support the achievement of leasing and customer acquisition targets.
Requirements
- A degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
- Experience in sales, leasing, customer service, or relationship management is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
