Job Summary
Akwaaba Fine Foods is seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Lead to establish and manage its finance function, oversee financial reporting, strengthen working capital management and provide financial guidance to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- * Manage the company’s overall finance and accounting operations.
- * Prepare accurate and timely financial reports.
- * Monitor cash flow, budgets and financial performance.
- * Strengthen working capital and cash management.
- * Ensure proper financial records and regulatory compliance.
- * Provide financial insights and strategic support to the CEO.
Qualifications and Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance or a related field.
- * Relevant professional accounting qualification is an advantage.
- * Strong financial reporting and analytical skills.
- * Experience in budgeting, cash flow and working capital management.
- * Good leadership and decision-making skills.
- * Excellent knowledge of accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
