About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead financial planning, reporting, treasury, accounting, and financial controls for the Ghana operation. The successful candidate will provide management with accurate financial information to support business growth and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly financial performance reporting.
• Oversee accounting operations, month-end and year-end closing.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure timely completion.
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury activities.
• Ensure tax and statutory compliance.
• Strengthen and maintain effective internal financial controls.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decisions.
• Lead and supervise the finance team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, ICAG, CPA, or CMA is an advantage.
• 8–10 years of relevant finance experience, including experience managing a finance team.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Strong ERP experience; SAP experience is an advantage.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
