Job Description
• Oversee the company’s financial operations and accounting activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and reports.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and overall financial performance.
• Develop and maintain strong financial controls.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
• Work closely with project and management teams on financial planning.
• Support financial decision-making across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum 17 years of relevant experience.
• Strong financial management and reporting experience.
• Knowledge and experience in the construction industry is essential.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
