Job Summary:
ANP LIMITED is seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Officer to oversee the general upkeep and operational functionality of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all company assets, including buildings, machinery, and utility systems, are maintained in a safe, efficient, and working order to minimize downtime and support business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Maintenance & Repairs: Perform routine and emergency maintenance on building infrastructure, including plumbing, electrical wiring, lighting, and HVAC systems.
- Equipment Servicing: Conduct scheduled inspections and preventive maintenance on company machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults and execute effective repairs in a timely manner.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations. Identify and mitigate potential workplace hazards.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and oversee the quality of their work.
- Record Keeping: Maintain a detailed log of maintenance activities, equipment service history, and inventory of spare parts and tools.
- Facility Upkeep: Oversee the cleanliness, landscaping, and general aesthetics of the facility.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general mechanical operations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
