Job Summary: Responsible for project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed project schedules using tools like MS Project or Primavera.
- Conduct cost estimations, bill of quantities (BOQ), and budget forecasting.
- Track actual costs vs. budgeted costs and analyze variances.
- Prepare progress reports and update work schedules.
- Evaluate subcontractor claims and variations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in planning and cost control.
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
