Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Gathering:

  • Identify and collect requirements from country level teams, analyse business functions, and develop flowcharts along with alternative solutions.
  • Ensure a smooth transfer of requirements to facilitate successful project completion.
  • Execution of automation projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • Redesign existing processes as needed to align with the new ERP system.
  • Understand the employee lifecycle from an HR perspective.
  • Good understanding of the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to off boarding.

 

User Acceptance Test (UAT):

  • Maintain UAT standards across all projects, ensuring test cases, process demonstrations, business functionality clarifications, and documentation of observations are effectively managed.
  • Conduct an initial UAT before stakeholder involvement in the UAT.
  • Track the UAT feedback, ensure appropriate solution of the issue before stake holders’ involvement.

 

Training Content & User Manual:

  • Guide vendors in the creation of training materials. Collect feedback on the user manual and make necessary adjustments.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs for newly implemented ERP.
  • Create video demonstrations for each process.
  • Strengthen the capabilities of ground-level teams by conducting Train-the-Trainer (ToT) sessions to ensure seamless business continuity.

 

Support Activity:

  • Offer functional clarifications in a user-friendly manner to facilitate smooth daily operations.
  • Continuously monitor ground-level HR teams to ensure compliance with business operations.
  • Collaborate closely with the IT support team to identify software issues, troubleshoot bugs, and implement solutions.

 

Change Request Management (CR): 

  • Work closely with the ground level teams, support to document the change request documentation.
  • Conduct UAT for newly released CR, document feedback and ensure successful implementation in the ground level through proper guidance.

 

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Implement programme decisions keeping the safety and dignity of programme participants/clients at the center, mitigate safeguarding risks and contribute to a safe working environment where staff are respected and feel confident to voice concerns without fear of retaliation.
  • Receive mandatory training on the safeguarding policies and reporting channels and have access to policies.
  • Participate in discussions on the safeguarding agenda in monthly meetings and actively voice concerns without fear.
  • Report safeguarding incidents witnessed or experiences to the Safeguarding department. For known cases, maintain neutrality, be sensitive and non-judgemental to victims/survivors, and cooperate with organisational investigations providing accurate information as needed.

 

Academic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's/ Master’s degree from a reputed university preferably in Human Resources/ Management/ Sociology/ Economics/ Statistics/ Industrial Organisational or other relevant discipline. 

 

Experience Requirements:  

  • Minimum 06 years of work experience in implementing HRMS in a global context.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing HR software across a minimum of two countries of multiple entities.
  • Skilled in addressing complex challenges within the HR system through extensive experience, providing effective solutions.
  • Experience of development of high-quality training materials i.e., manual, video demo.
  • Coordinating extensive end-user (1000 users) training programs for large groups.

  • Comprehensive knowledge of systems, applications, and processes designed for automation.
  • Expertise in quality assurance processes to ensure automated solutions meet required standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify automation opportunities and resolve challenges.
  • Adaptability and eagerness to embrace new technologies and tools in the fast-evolving automation landscape.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, gather requirements, and present automation outcomes.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
  • Awareness of industry trends, best practices, and automation standards.Mobile and flexible mindset to travel to project site when required.
