A client of ours in the pharmaceutical industry is seeking a dynamic Medical Sales Representative to drive market penetration and revenue growth by promoting its portfolio of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Key Responsibilities
• Generate demand and achieve sales targets through effective engagement with Doctors, Pharmacies, Hospitals, and Healthcare providers
• Develop and expand customer networks by identifying and converting new business opportunities.
Ensure consistent product availability and visibility across all designated sales channels.
Execute promotional activities, product detailing, and participation in medical events to build brand equity.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Experience
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field such as Life Sciences.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or FMCG sales
Core Competencies
Negotiation skills.
Stakeholder Management
• Business development acumen.
