A reputable pharmaceutical company is seeking to recruit sales manager to join our dynamic team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop a plan for the market that ensures the attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to meet or exceed sales targets.
Responsible for the performance and development of the Medical Sales Reps in the respective business units.
Ensure that all medical sales reps meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals, and closes.
Provide guidance and training to improve the team's performance.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and major accounts.
Monitor and report on sales performance and results to senior management.
Identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
Initiate and Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed. Initiate and Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
REQUIREMENTS:
Master's Degree in Marketing/ Pharm D or related field, with proven experience in pharmaceutical sales.
Candidate must have previously served as a Senior Medical Sales Representative or Key Account Manager.
