Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Report to: Business Development Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers through lead generation and market research
- Contact potential clients via cold calls, emails, or in-person visits
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements:
* Diploma/Bachelor's degree, in Business Administration with Minimum 1 years of experience in sales & Marketing or in a related fields.
* Experience in insurance field is an added advantage
* Must be presentable
* Well-articulated and organized
* Provide high-level customer care services
* Dedicated and hardworking
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Person of high integrity, team player, and self-initiative
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong computer skills,
* Ability to meet deadlines and strong time-management skills.
