Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the sales process, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective customers through lead generation and market research
- Contact potential clients via cold calls, emails, or in-person visits
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments
- Understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
1. Diploma in sales and marketing or Business-related Field
2. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related field (Added Advantage)
3. Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience in FMCG Field
4. Proficiency in computer use
5. Demonstrated knowledge of basic brands
6. Strong selling and negotiation skills
7. Good written and oral reporting skills
8. Valid driving licence with actual driving experience
