Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. This role involves helping customers find products, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection
- Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions efficiently
- Maintain store cleanliness and restock shelves as needed
- Create attractive product displays and ensure merchandise is well-presented
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management
- Handle customer complaints or refer them to the appropriate team member
- Stay informed about new products and store policies
- Support team goals and contribute to a positive store atmosphere
Requirements:
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/ Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
3+ years' direct sales experience, ideally in luxury services, high-end hospitality or transportation.
