- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in motor insurance business.
- 3+ years' Experience in Agency Coordination Role and ability to oversee and manage agents.
- Excellent Communication, Interpersonal and organization skills.
- Strong sales and customer service skills.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Coordination and management of Agency network of GUA.
- Ensure smooth business operations.
- Responsible for training motor insurance agents on motor insurance sales and customer service.
- Overseeing agents' contracts and commissions.
- Driving Sales of Comprehensive Motor Insurance Products.
