Ghana Program Lead
AIT Ghana | Based in Ghana | Senior leadership role
We need an experienced leader to own and grow AIT Ghana, our emerging tech talent program, and to represent Sankofatech across Ghana’s tech ecosystem.
What you’ll do
- Own the day-to-day delivery, quality and growth of AIT Ghana
- Lead, coach and develop the Ghana team
- Build partnerships with tech employers, universities and government
- Be Sankofatech’s senior voice in Ghana’s tech ecosystem
- Put systems in place for consistent, efficient delivery
- Shape strategy with Executive Leadership and the Board
What you’ll bring
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- 3+ years of remote work experience
- Proven people management and coaching experience
- A record of owning a program or function end to end
- Strong relationships with senior external stakeholders
- Deep familiarity with Ghana’s tech, education or innovation ecosystem
- Based in Ghana, or able to work primarily from Ghana
