Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in factory or operational HR management and will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, talent management, compliance, and operational support to drive business objectives. This role requires a data-driven professional who can foster a positive workplace culture.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage factory employee relations, including grievance resolution and policy implementation.
- Oversee talent acquisition and performance management across all recruitment and training cycles.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, documentation standards, and regular policy updates.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to improve workplace morale and company culture.
- Provide operational support for headcount planning, shift management, and leadership guidance.
- Deliver comprehensive reporting and analytics to provide actionable business insights.
- Administer biometric monitoring systems for accurate attendance and time tracking and conduct regular facility and security checks to maintain site safety and standards.
Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience as a professional HR Business Partner.
- Proven background in factory or operational unit HR management.
- Expertise in employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor laws.
- Full-cycle talent management (Recruitment, Training & Performance).
- Proficiency in operational support, headcount planning, and shift management.
- Skilled in HR analytics and data-driven reporting.
- Experience with biometric monitoring and attendance systems.
- Competence in facility audits and security oversight.
- Strong ability to drive employee engagement and workplace culture.
