Requirements:
Must have proven experience working in Human Resources.
Must have previous experience in a financial institution, preferably a loan company, microfinance institution, fintech, bank, or other lending/financial-services organization.
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
Good understanding of Ghana Labor Laws and HR best practices.
Strong communication, organizational, and people-management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage HR operations remotely.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and accountability.
Previous experience managing employees in a target-driven financial or lending environment will be an added advantage.
