Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Executive at Arkesel, located in Accra. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, promoting our communication platforms, closing sales deals, and maintaining customer relationships. This role includes the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
• Sales, Marketing, and Communication skills
• Experience in customer engagement and relationship management
Knowledge of SMS, Email, Voice, and USSD communication platforms
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
• Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills
Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
Strong organizational and time management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
