About the Role:
A fast-growing biscuit manufacturing factory, located in Kpone, is seeking two experienced Sales Managers to spearhead national sales operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for building strong sales and distribution structures from the ground up, developing new products, and recruiting high-performing teams to expand market presence across Greater Accra, Volta, Eastern, Western, and Central Regions.
One Sales Manager will focus on Manufactured Products, while the other will oversee Imported Brands.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sales strategies for both manufactured and imported biscuit products.
• Establish sales and distribution structures in the above regions.
• Recruit, train, and manage sales teams, including sales coordinators and market representatives.
• Identify and develop new products to meet customer and market demands.
• Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure the use of appropriate sales language, discourse, and industry terminologies in communication and operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is an advantage).
• Minimum of 7+ years’ proven experience in sales management, preferably in FMCG (food, snacks, biscuits, or beverages).
• Demonstrated ability to set up and manage sales structures for a startup or new business unit.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in team building and people management.
• Proven track record of product development and successful market entry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Familiarity with the Ghanaian sales and distribution environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
• Salary: GHC 8,000 – 12,000 net (take-home) per month.
