Job Purpose
To coordinate the University’s daily administrative operations, ensure effective implementation of institutional policies, and facilitate seamless communication among stakeholders.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the preparation of Council and Senate meeting agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Manage institutional records, correspondence, and official documentation.
  • Coordinate the implementation of administrative policies and ensure compliance with University statutes.
  • Liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise administrative support staff and ensure efficient office workflow.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual institutional reports for Management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Junior Assistant: 0–2 years’ experience.
  • Assistant: 3–5 years’ experience.
  • Senior Assistant: 6–9 years’ experience.
  • Deputy: 10+ years’ administrative management experience.

Core Competencies

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in records management and office technology.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
