Job Summary
Sunda International is looking for an organized and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, coordinate inventory activities and ensure efficient storage, handling and distribution of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- * Supervise daily warehouse activities and staff.
- * Coordinate the receiving, storage and dispatch of goods.
- * Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
- * Conduct regular stock counts and inventory reconciliations.
- * Ensure proper storage and handling of warehouse materials.
- * Monitor order processing and delivery schedules.
- * Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization and safety standards.
- * Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
- * Prepare regular warehouse performance reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
- * Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- * Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- * Good knowledge of stock control and warehouse procedures.
- * Strong organizational and supervisory skills.
- * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- * Good communication and problem-solving skills.
