We are seeking an experienced Budget & MIS Manager to support in delivering high-quality financial insight that drives pricing, cost discipline, trade investment effectiveness, and go-to-market decisions across products, channels, regions, and customers. The role owns critical elements of performance reporting, profitability analysis, and planning, and acts as a trusted finance partner to the Commercial and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver periodic management reports with clear insights on performance, variances, and trends.
2. Drive profitability and cost-to-serve analysis across products, channels, regions, and customers.
3. Assess pricing, promotions, and trade spend to understand the impact on margins and volumes.
4. Monitor selling, marketing, and operating expenses against budget.
5. Ensure accuracy and integrity of General Ledger postings.
6. Track margin performance, flag risks, and partner with Commercial teams on corrective actions.
7. Improve reporting, analysis, and forecasting through automation and process improvements.
8. Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to support business decisions.
Education/Knowledge
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/economics or a business-related field.
• Professional qualification, such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA or strong progress toward qualification required.
• 3 - 4 years’ experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the FMCG or Consulting industry.
