We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Delivery Riders to ensure the timely and safe delivery of orders to customers. The ideal candidate will represent the company professionally, maintain accurate delivery records, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Pick up and deliver customer orders promptly and safely.
Verify delivery details and ensure orders are delivered to the correct recipients.
Maintain professionalism and provide excellent customer service during every delivery.
Inspect and maintain the assigned motorcycle/bicycle to ensure it is roadworthy.
Adhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Keep accurate records of completed deliveries using the company's mobile application or delivery system.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE or equivalent qualification.
Valid rider's permit
Good knowledge of local routes and road networks.
Ability to use smartphones and navigation applications.
