Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Dispatch/Fleet Officer to oversee daily dispatch operations, coordinate riders and drivers, and ensure timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in dispatch, fleet management, or logistics operations and possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assign, coordinate, and monitor deliveries using dispatch systems.
- Track riders and drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
- Optimize delivery routes to improve operational efficiency.
- Manage fleet availability and monitor vehicle conditions.
- Schedule and follow up on vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate onboarding and training for riders and drivers.
- Resolve delivery-related issues involving customers and vendors.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of one year of experience in dispatch, fleet management, logistics, or operations.
- Strong knowledge of dispatch systems, GPS tracking, and fleet coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of basic vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
