Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily activities of warehouse staff.
Oversee the receiving, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods.
Ensure inventory records are accurate and up to date.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
Organize the warehouse to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
Ensure all goods are handled, stored, and transported safely.
Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits.
Coordinate with the operations and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Enforce workplace health and safety regulations.
Monitor warehouse equipment and report maintenance needs.
Prepare warehouse performance and inventory reports.
Train, mentor, and evaluate warehouse personnel.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Resolve operational issues related to warehouse activities.
Qualifications
Minimum of an HND or Bachelor's Degree in: Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Transport Management, Industrial Management, Warehouse Management or any related discipline.
