Job Summary;
We are seeking proactive and organized National Service personnel to support its daily operations. The successful candidate will assist with dispatch coordination, warehouse activities, inventory management, and ensuring smooth delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch Officer
- Coordinate and monitor daily deliveries and riders.
- Track delivery schedules and assist with route planning.
- Handle delivery-related issues and customer inquiries.
- Prepare dispatch reports and maintain records.
Warehouse Officer
- Receive, inspect, and organize inventory.
- Assist with stock taking and inventory records.
- Prepare and package items for dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements
- Completed tertiary education and enrolled in the National Service Scheme (NSS).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Applicants residing near the office location will have an advantage.
