Are you an experienced logistics professional with strong knowledge of import/export operations and customs procedures? We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team and ensure the smooth movement of cargo while maintaining full regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate import and export logistics operations
Prepare and process shipping and customs documentation
Monitor shipments and ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery
Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, clearing agents, transporters, and regulatory authorities
Ensure compliance with GRA Customs, GFZA, FDA, EPA, and other relevant regulatory bodies
Supervise logistics documentation activities and provide operational guidance
Prepare daily and weekly logistics reports for management
Qualifications & Experience
HND or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in logistics coordination or customs clearance operations
Strong knowledge of Ghana's import/export processes and Free Zones procedures
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
