Job Summary:
Kompong Dewa Resort – Sihanoukville is looking for a responsible, organized, and people-oriented Dormitory / Apartment Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and management of our residential accommodation facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that the accommodation environment is safe, clean, well-maintained, organized, and comfortable for all residents.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented professional with:
- Proven experience in dormitory, apartment, residential, or accommodation management.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Experience managing check-ins, check-outs, room allocation, and occupancy records.
- Ability to handle resident concerns, requests, and daily issues.
- Ability to coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, security, and support services.
- Knowledge of cleanliness, safety, and property standards.
- Ability to monitor facilities, utilities, furniture, equipment, and inventory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to establish and enforce residence rules fairly and consistently.
