Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of our upscale Uzbek Fusion restaurant in Bluewaters, Dubai. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, maintaining the highest standards of food and beverage quality, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a positive, high-performing team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service from opening to closing.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, control costs (food, labor, and overheads), implement revenue-driving strategies, and analyze sales reports to optimize profitability.
- Guest Experience: Maintain 5-star service standards, interact with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction, and professionally resolve escalated complaints.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor restaurant staff. Conduct performance reviews and facilitate continuous development.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure strict adherence to Dubai Municipality food safety regulations, HACCP standards, and UAE labor laws. Maintain hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage stock levels, coordinate with vendors, and oversee monthly inventory counts to minimize waste and theft.
- Brand Standards: Ensure the ambiance, presentation, and service delivery reflect the premium identity of the Grand Zor and Uzbek Fusion brands.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management, with at least 2 years in a similar upscale or fine-dining restaurant role in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE food safety regulations and local market trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
- Fluency in English is essential; additional languages (Russian, Uzbek, or Arabic) are a strong advantage.
