HOTEL MANAGER/ ADMINISTRATOR
Heiligtum Des Herrn Hotel is looking for an experienced on-site hotel manager.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Promote the brand through marketing, and professional service delivery to attract patronage.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Manage reservations and check-ins.
- Responsively handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Lead a cutting-edge, highly motivated, and innovative team.
- Perform additional administrative duties as required.
- Manage an effective and efficient balance sheet for high returns on assets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 1st Degree, HND, or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Must be a team player.
- At least 3 years of post-national service experience in a similar role.
- Residence in Winneba or surrounding areas is preferred (candidates should be prepared to relocate at their own expense).
