Job Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and beer-passionate Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a proven track record in managing Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams, driving results, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Management:
- Oversee daily FOH and BOH operations to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage delivery.
- Maintain a hands-on presence on the floor to monitor service standards and resolve issues promptly.
- Team Leadership & Training:
- Lead, motivate, and train a diverse team of staff, fostering a positive and high-performance culture.
- Develop staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and implement training programs.
- Financial & Inventory Control:
- Manage stock levels, liaise with suppliers, and implement effective cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Monitor budgets, track expenses, and analyze financial reports.
- Beer & Beverage Program:
- Champion the restaurant's beer program, ensuring staff are knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the beverage offerings.
- Maintain high standards of presentation, temperature, and quality for all beer and beverage services.
- Compliance & Standards:
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-maintained restaurant environment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Restaurant & Hospitality management.
- Operational Expertise: Proven experience managing both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations.
- Leadership: Strong team leadership and staff training skills.
- Financial Acumen: Experience with stock management, supplier negotiation, and cost control.
- Personal Attributes: Hands-on, organized, and results-driven mindset. A genuine passion for beer and the hospitality industry is essential.
