Locations: Adjen Kotoku, Dawhenya, Kwabeng and Nsuta
Role Summary
Responsible for the management of pump attendants, supervisors, lube bay attendants and all other forecourt staff. Also responsible for managing the customer portfolio and executing the business plans of the station in order to achieve maximum financial and commercial results.
Qualifications
- A first degree in Business Administration or its equivalent in a relevant field of study.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A minimum of 2 years' working experience in a similar or same role.
- Must be mature and have supervisory abilities.
- Ability to plan and implement company strategies.
- Possess leadership qualities.
