Job Purpose:
The General Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations and strategic growth of a luxury bespoke menswear company. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive operational excellence, maximize sales performance, and deliver an exceptional client experience while building and managing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to luxury service standards.
- Implement and refine operational processes to support the company's growth and scalability.
- Sales Performance & Business Development:
- Drive sales performance to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities to expand the brand's market presence.
- Client Experience:
- Maintain and elevate the premium client experience, ensuring high satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Act as a brand ambassador, embodying the elegance and sophistication of the company.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the team to foster a positive, high-performance culture.
- Ensure staff are well-trained, motivated, and aligned with the company's vision.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of Two (2) years of experience in a similar General Management or senior leadership role.
- Background: EXPAT / International experience is required.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to drive sales and business growth.
