Job Description
Royal Crown Packaging Ltd is seeking a proactive and commercially minded Export Sales Officer to support the company’s international business expansion. The successful candidate will identify new export markets, develop relationships with international customers, generate sales opportunities, and coordinate export transactions. The role requires strong negotiation skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage customer relationships across different markets.
Key Responsibilities
- * Identify and develop new export sales opportunities in international markets.
- * Research potential customers, distributors, and business partners.
- * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective international clients.
- * Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and commercial offers.
- * Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery arrangements in line with company policies.
- * Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- * Prepare and review export documentation and ensure compliance with applicable export requirements.
- * Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- * Prepare sales reports and work towards achieving export revenue targets.
Requirements and Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- * At least three years of relevant export sales or international business development experience.
- * Knowledge of export procedures, shipping documentation, and international trade practices.
- * Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- * Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
- * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
