Job Description
Royal Crown Packaging Ltd is inviting applications from experienced sales professionals for the position of Export Sales Supervisor. The successful candidate will lead the export sales team, develop strategies to increase international revenue, strengthen relationships with overseas customers, and identify opportunities for market expansion. The role requires proven sales experience, strong leadership capabilities, and a solid understanding of international trade and export operations.
Key Responsibilities
- * Supervise and coordinate the activities of export sales officers.
- * Develop and implement export sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- * Identify new international markets and establish relationships with distributors and business partners.
- * Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to team members.
- * Manage key international customer accounts and resolve escalated customer concerns.
- * Review sales forecasts, market reports, and business development opportunities.
- * Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
- * Ensure that export transactions and documentation comply with applicable regulations.
- * Prepare regular sales performance reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
- * Coach and motivate the export sales team to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
- * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, International Business, or a related discipline.
- * At least five years of relevant export sales or international business development experience.
- * Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
- * Strong knowledge of international sales, export documentation, and trade procedures.
- * Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and decision-making skills.
- * Demonstrated ability to develop customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
- * Strong analytical, planning, and organisational abilities.
