Job Description
A reputable company is seeking proactive, energetic, and target-oriented individuals to join its team as Scouts. The successful candidates will identify and recruit motorcycle riders for the company’s delivery platform, explain the registration process, and assist interested riders with completing their registration.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach motorcycle riders in various locations.
- Explain the company’s delivery services and registration process.
- Encourage riders to register on the company’s delivery platform.
- Assist interested riders with registration.
- Verify required registration documents.
- Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
- Maintain accurate records of recruited and registered riders.
- Submit regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.
Requirements
- Minimum of Senior High School (SHS) education.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and convince potential riders.
- Proactive, energetic, and target-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work in the field and travel between locations.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or field recruitment is an advantage.
- Knowledge of motorcycle rider communities is an added advantage.
