Job Summary
PILORA RESOURCES LTD is seeking two qualified and results-driven Sales Engineers to join its team in Takoradi. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting and selling engineering products, mining and industrial equipment, and technical spare parts while building strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- * Identify and develop new sales opportunities within the mining and industrial sectors.
- * Promote and sell mining equipment, industrial products and technical spare parts.
- * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- * Understand customers’ technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- * Prepare quotations, sales proposals and other relevant sales documents.
- * Follow up on sales leads, customer enquiries and quotations.
- * Negotiate prices and sales agreements with customers.
- * Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- * Conduct client visits and market research to identify new opportunities.
- * Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
Qualifications and Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related engineering field.
- * Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- * Previous experience in mining or industrial equipment sales will be an advantage.
- * Experience in technical spare parts sales is an added advantage.
- * Good understanding of engineering products and technical specifications.
- * Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- * Strong customer relationship management abilities.
- * Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- * Willingness to travel when required.
