Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Eterna Plc’s business objectives and long-term growth plan.
- Lead HR operations including compensation and benefits, payroll oversight, policy development, compliance, and HR systems optimization.
- Drive organizational development initiatives including workforce planning, succession planning, performance management, and change management.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employer branding, onboarding, employee engagement, learning, and leadership development.
- Provide leadership on employee relations, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and industrial relations.
- Ensure full compliance with Nigerian labour laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.
- Act as a trusted strategic partner to executive management and business leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, or any other related field.
- 10–12 years of progressive HR leadership experience in a structured organization.
- Strong knowledge of labour law, compensation, performance management, and organizational development.
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) is strongly preferred.
- A minimum of second class upper is required.
