Role Overview
The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic advisor to the business, driving people initiatives that support growth, operational efficiency, and organizational excellence. This role partners closely with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives while fostering a high-performance, compliant, and engaged workforce.



Key Responsibilities
* Design, implement, and continuously improve people-centric HR processes aligned with business and operational goals.
* Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for corporate and operational roles.
* Act as the primary HR representative for client audits, inspections, and site visits.
* Manage employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, and disciplinary processes.
* Drive workforce and manpower planning, ensuring staffing adequacy and compliance across operational sites.
* Execute performance management processes such as appraisals, confirmations, PIPs, and role transitions.
* Identify learning and development needs and support talent and capability-building initiatives.
* Track HR metrics, prepare dashboards, and deliver data-driven insights to management.
* Develop, review, and enforce HR policies in compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
* Plan and facilitate regular virtual and physical town hall meetings to strengthen employee engagement.



Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
* 5–7 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
* Prior experience in logistics, manufacturing, outsourcing, or other fast-paced environments is an advantage.
* Professional HR certification (SHRM, PHR, CIPM, or equivalent) is required.
