Responsibilities:
1. Promote brokerage products and services to potential clients.
2. Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and maximize client retention.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
4. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
5. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospects and clients.
6. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
7. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
8. Maintain accurate sales records and report on sales activities, pipeline, and results.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or brokerage industry.
3. Sound understanding of financial markets, investment products, and trading procedures.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
5. Excellent sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
6. Self-motivated and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong collaboration skills.
8. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
