Job Summary
Simbrella Ghana Limited is seeking a results-driven and strategic Account Manager to manage key business partnerships and drive commercial growth. The successful candidate will serve as the main point of contact for high-value corporate partners, including banks, fintech companies and telecommunications providers.
The ideal candidate should have strong relationship management, communication and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of the fintech and digital lending industry.
Key Responsibilities
- * Manage and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and business partners.
- * Serve as the primary contact for partners, ensuring effective communication and long-term collaboration.
- * Coordinate the onboarding and integration of new clients with internal teams.
- * Work closely with Technology, Data Analytics, Operations and Compliance teams to ensure successful product delivery.
- * Monitor service usage and identify opportunities for cross-selling and revenue growth.
- * Lead contract renewal discussions and support customer retention.
- * Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- * Monitor revenue performance, service usage and billing accuracy.
- * Work with the Finance team to prevent revenue leakage and ensure accurate billing and reconciliation.
Qualifications and Requirements
- * Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related field.
- * 2–3 years of proven experience in B2B account management, relationship management or customer success.
- * Strong knowledge of Fintech, Banking, Digital Lending, Telecommunications or the technology industry.
- * Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- * Ability to manage multiple client relationships and work with cross-functional teams.
- * Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- * Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
