Job Summary
Simbrella Ghana is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Reconciliation & Settlement Officer to join its team and support its growing financial operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling financial transactions, monitoring partner payments, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate and timely settlement of revenue and payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile credit-score requests, API calls and invoices against client records and approved pricing.
- Identify unbilled usage and revenue leakage.
- Validate and process approved payments to financial partners and mobile network operators.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between platform, client, partner and finance records.
- Prepare reconciliation schedules and periodic reports.
- Support internal audits and bank of Ghana regulatory reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely financial settlements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in reconciliation, revenue assurance, billing, settlement or finance operations.

- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Familiarity with billing and reconciliation systems.
