Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and physically fit Gardener to maintain the landscaping and outdoor areas of our construction and manufacturing sites. The ideal candidate will ensure our premises remain clean, green, and visually appealing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plant, water, prune, and fertilize flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, and trimming.
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from the grounds.
- Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers).
- Ensure all outdoor spaces adhere to site safety and cleanliness standards.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in a similar gardening or landscaping role.
- Valid license/certificate (if applicable).
- Workplace safety skills & strong safety commitment.
- Physically fit & must have basic site knowledge.
- Teamwork skills.
- Must be a Ghanaian national/operator.
