Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and align with the company's operational goals.
- Plan and manage recruitment for employees and oversee onboarding programs.
- Promote positive employee relations and ensure compliance with national labour laws.
- Develop and manage performance appraisal systems and workforce efficiency.
- Identify skill gaps, development and supervisory development programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master's degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.
- Minimum of 4+ HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and industrial relations.
- Experience handling large workforce populations.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
