Job Summary:
The Sub Engineer is a technical role responsible for the execution, supervision, and maintenance of civil or electrical engineering works within the university campus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Supervision: Supervise construction, renovation, and maintenance projects.
- Maintenance: Oversee the routine maintenance of buildings, electrical systems, and utilities.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all work complies with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.
- Documentation: Prepare estimates, bills of quantities, and progress reports.
- Coordination: Liaise with contractors, consultants, and other university departments.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil or Electrical Engineering from a recognized board.
- Relevant work experience (typically 3-5 years) in a similar role.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD) is preferred.
