Job Summary
The Technical Assistant supports the Technical Manager by coordinating technical documentation, preparing proposals and reports, monitoring project activities, and ensuring efficient execution of oil and gas servicing projects in compliance with company and HSE standards.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in preparing technical proposals, tenders, and reports.
Maintain and control technical documents and project records.
Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and project teams.
Prepare meeting minutes and follow up on action items.
Support procurement with technical specifications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
B.Sc./HND in Engineering or a related technical field.
2–4 years' experience in an oil and gas servicing or engineering company.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or MS Project is an advantage.
