Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records while ensuring full compliance with labor laws and company policies
Coordinate payroll processing, employee benefits, and day-to-day HR operations
Support performance review processes, team engagement initiatives, and employee development programs
Help define, implement, and scale HR policies that reflect Flowmingo’s values and growth goals
Act as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, support requests, and HR-related matters
Who We’re Looking For
You have 1–5 years of experience in Human Resources or people operations (startup or tech company experience is a plus) (Entry-level applicants are welcome)
You hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
You are passionate about creating great employee experiences and building a strong company culture
